To keep your Anthurium thriving and blooming, follow these core requirements:
- Light: Place in bright, indirect sunlight. Direct sun can scorch the waxy leaves, while too little light will stop flower production.
- Watering: Water when the top 2–5 cm of soil is dry. Ensure excellent drainage; they are highly susceptible to root rot if left in standing water.
- Humidity: Thrives in high humidity (60%+). Mist the leaves regularly, use a pebble tray, or place it in a humid room like a bathroom.
- Temperature: Prefers warm environments between 18°C and 26°C. Keep away from cold drafts and vents.
- Soil: Use a coarse, well-draining mix. A 50/50 blend of orchid bark and potting soil is often recommended
