Basic Care Tips to keep your Anthurium blooming year-round, follow these general guidelines:
- Light: Provide bright, indirect sunlight. Direct sun can scorch the waxy spathes, while too little light will stop the plant from flowering.
- Watering: Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. They prefer consistently moist soil but are very susceptible to root rot if left in standing water.
- Humidity: These are tropical plants that thrive in high humidity. You can mist them frequently or use a pebble tray to increase moisture in the air.
- Toxicity: Be aware that all parts of the plant are toxic to both humans and pets if ingested, and the sap can cause skin irritation
