Eugenia Uniflora var dasyblasta Fruit Plant

Eugenia Uniflora var dasyblasta is one of the best sweet-tasting surinam cherries. Fruits are deeply red to maroon colour when fully ripe. The fruits are sweet to taste with no aftertaste and excellent flavour.

A shrubby tree, growing to 10-25 ft / 8 m. Produces prolific amounts of cherry-sized fruits which can be eaten raw or used in beverages and desserts. Hardy to the mid 20’s (F), and occasionally lower. Excellent for container culture.

This is a 2 year old seedling plant and will start fruiting in a year
